E-MAIL: [email protected]

Linda began her career in the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, practicing in the water rights and water quality units. She worked closely with the State Engineer’s Office, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, and Division of Wildlife in all areas of water rights issues, representing both the owners of water rights and the agencies who regulated them. She now enjoys applying those skills for the benefit of her clients, including well owners, farmers, developers, ditch companies, private business owners, industrial users, and non-profits. In addition to applying for changes and augmentation plans in water court, she works to resolve issues in the areas of ditch easements, crossing agreements, well permitting, and water rights acquisition and conveyance, along with related real property issues. Linda joined the firm in 2022.
